Discover the multi-facet approach to agriculture, including what is involved in growing food, the history of agriculture, and conservation efforts on farm and ranch lands. Classroom activities will be provided that can be used in your classroom. Learn the interactions that occur between the soil, plants, animals, and the environment and how farmers and ranchers use these interactions for food production and the economics and risks of farming.
