Teacher Enhancement Program Policies
All policies and requirements stated here are program-wide and not at the discretion of individual instructors. Enrollment in any course offered for CSM credit implies your agreement to comply with program policies and requirements.
The Teacher Enhancement Office and Colorado School of Mines cannot be responsible for meeting individual deadlines for credits toward teacher licensure and/or salary increases. Official transcripts for current course work can be printed upon request approximately two weeks after the instructor submits course grades to the Teacher Enhancement Office. Individual letters of completion, unofficial transcripts, and online viewing of your student record are not available. (Only matriculated Mines students who pay student fees can have online access.) Please note our new address if you are mailing a transcript request form that was received during a class! Get address...
To Request an Official Transcript
To request an official transcript, add it to your cart by clicking the Add button below. The fee for transcripts is $10.00 per copy, which can be paid online using a credit or debit card or by mail with a check or money order.
You will receive a form that you must print, fill out, sign, and return to the Teacher Enhancement office. On the form, you can identify which course(s) you want to appear on your transcript. Your transcript will be sent to you by return mail. Electronic copies are not available, since they cannot be transmitted to you securely.
