Rocky Mountain National Park is a birder's paradise during the nesting season. Explore the various ecosystems (life zones) of the Park to find 50-70 bird species. Identify hawks, falcons, eagles, ducks, white-tailed ptarmigan, swifts, wrens, woodpeckers, owls, and many more! Discuss the natural history of both the birds and the montane, subalpine, alpine, and riparian environments they inhabit.
