Learn about the discovery of gold and silver along Colorado's Mineral Belt from placer mining to drilling. Become acquainted with the area and towns that sprang up overnight. Discover the people, businesses, technologies, environment, discoveries, industries, architectural feats, cultural contributions, modes of transportation, and evolution of a state and nation impacted by the discovery of these precious metals.
